Surface Preparation
Surface to be painted must be free of all loose material such as flaking and peeling paint, dust, concrete salts and heavy chalk. The surface must be clean with all traces of grease, oil, and dirt removed. Loose material must be clean by scraping and sanding. Treatments such as sanding, burning off, etc of paint films may generate hazardous dust and/ or fumes. Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Use suitable personal (respiratory) protective equipment, as necessary. Sand glossy surface to a dull finish.
For Application By
Stir thoroughly before and during use. Apply by roller, brush, or spray. On non porosity or previous painted surfaces thin 5%. On new spackled walls, new façade or old porous surfaces thin 25% to 50% with water. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C. Dries to touch in one hour. Drying times are longer in cool/moist conditions.
Clean Up
Remove as much as possible from brushes and rollers before cleaning. Clean brushes and equipment with water and detergent solution immediately after use. Do not empty into drains or watercourses. Dispose of empty container responsibly and according to local legislation.
