A high hidind VINYL MAT coating which is formulated for interior use. It features easy application, spatter resistance, and quick drying. Recommended for plaster, masonry, concrete, gypsum board and wood. Formulated without lead and mercury.

Surface to be paint must be clean, dry and free of dirt, dust, flaking paint and mildew. Dull glossy areas by sanding. Apply two coats of CS 891 CONCEPTS PROFESSIONAL Vinyl Matt after priming the surface with CS 895 CONCEPTS PROFESSIONAL Acrylic Stabilizing Primer.
Wood Surfaces: with CS 023 THE PERFECT PRIMER All-purpose Eco Primer or CS 570 THE PERFECT PRIMER Alkyd Multi-Primer
Stir thoroughly before use. Apply by brush, roller or spray. Use a short nap roller on smooth surfaces. Thin 5% with clean water. Do not apply at temperatures below 10oC During times are longer in cool/moist conditions.
Clean equipment in warm, soapy water.
