Surface Preparation
Surface to be paint must be free of all loose material such as flaking and peelind paint, dust, concrete salts and heavy chalk. The surface must be clean with all traces of grease, oil and dirt removed. Remove loose material by scraping and sanding. Sand glossy surfaces to a dull finish. Dry sanding, flame cutting and /or welding of the dry paint film will give rise to dust fumes. Wet sanding/flatting should be used wherever possible.
• Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Use suitable respiratory protective equipment. Apply two coats of CS 894 Concepts Flat Professional Interior Use after priming the surface with CS 895 CONCEPTS PROFESSIONAL Acrylic Stabilizing Primer.
Wood Surfaces: with CS 023 THE PERFECT PRIMER All-purpose Eco Primer or CS 570 THE PERFECT PRIMER Alkyd Multi-Primer
For Application By
Stir paint thoroughly before use. Apply by roller, brush, or airless spray. Thin 5%-10% with clean water. Do not apply at temperatures below 10oC.
Clean Up
Clean equipment in warm, soapy water.
