A water based odorless – non yellowing – acrylic polyurethane concrete stain. It allows the beauty of natural stones to show through while allowing long lasting protection. It features deep penetration, not film forming, will not peel, easy application, quick drying. Ideal for porous stones, mosaic, and artificial buildings materials such as brick, roof, tiles and concrete. Suitable for light use on pre-cast concrete basement, factory and warehouse floors.

The surface must be dry and clean with all traces of grease oil, wax, sealers and salts. Smooth towelled surfaces or non porous concrete, must be etched before applying CS 098 CONCRETE STAIN & SEALER, Waterbased Polyurethane Acrylic. Use a 10% muriatic acid solution to etch the concrete, then rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry completely, at last 24 hours, before applying stain.
Stir thoroughly before and during use. Apply by brush, roller or spray. First coat must be thinned 1/1 with water and after drying 1 or 2 coats without thinning. Allow 3 hours between coats. Do not apply when temperature is bellow 10°C or against the hot sun. Drying times are longer in cool/moist conditions.
